  • How long can AC2P carry my household appliances?

    Runtime = Capacity × DoD × η ÷ (load power+self-consumption power)

  • Can a multi-socket expander/plug be connected to the AC of the machine to supply power to more loads?

    Yes, as long as the total load power does not exceed the maximum output power of the machine.

  • Can I use the wind generator to charge the machine?

    Not recommended. Due to the unstable air volume of the wind turbine, the output voltage and frequency of the wind turbine will be unstable and cannot be stabilized within the input range of our machine. It may be intermittent or even impossible to charge our machine directly.

  • Can the machine be placed sideways to save space?

    Do not. Long-term placement may loosen the internal structure. Upright placement is recommended.

  • Can AC2P charge lead-acid batteries and accumulators

    AC2P can carry pure resistive loads up to 600W when turned on in Hercules mode, but two conditions need to be met

  • Can I charge the AC2P with the T500 / How to charge AC2P with T200S

    1. No, use T200S to charge AC2P. The DC input voltage of AC2P ranges from 12V to 28V, while the maximum output voltage of T500 is 58.8V, beyond the DC input voltage range of AC2P, charging with T500 will damage AC2P
    2. The DC input port of AC2P is XT60, so it also needs a DC7909 to XT60 conversion line
    3. However, it is not recommended that T200S use AC2P to charge, and it is better to charge the machine directly with AC charging cable

  • Can I connect solar panels, car charging, and AC charging at the same time?

    AC2P supports AC+DC dual charging, but the DC has only one input port, so it only supports AC+ solar panel charging or AC+ car charging at the same time

  • Can a 12V/24V lead-acid battery charge AC2P

    1. Yes, charging cables with alligator clamps to XT60 are required and can be purchased from other platforms.

  • What should be considered when charging AC2P from the generator?

    1. The output specifications, voltage and frequency of the generator need to be within the input range of the adapter. If it is unstable, you can open the grid adaptive mode in the APP for adaptation
    2. Whether the maximum output power of the generator meets the maximum AC input power of our machine, if not, our machine can adjust the charging mode to reduce the maximum AC input power

  • What’s the difference between AC2P and EB3A in meeting various requirements?

    The main differences are as follows:
    1. battery capacity: AC2P capacity is 230.4Wh, while EB3A capacity is 268.8Wh
    2. Maximum output power: AC output power of AC2P is 300 W; While the AC output power of EB3A is 600W W.
    3. Charging power: The AC maximum charging power of AC2P is 270W; while that of EB3A is 430W.
    4. Weight and size: AC2P is smaller and lighter, making it easier to move.

  • How to maintain and store AC2P?

    1. When the SOC drops to 5%, please charge the product immediately.
    2. Before storing the product, please charge it to 60% SOC to keep it in the best condition. In addition, please turn off the equipment and disconnect all electrical connections.
    3. Store the product in a cool and dry place, away from flammable or combustible materials and gases.
    4. The power station can be safely stored in the temperature range of-20 C to 45 C (-4 F to 113°F). However, if the storage time exceeds one month, it is recommended to keep the ideal storage temperature around 30°C (86°F).
    5. Fully cycle the product every 3 months to keep the battery healthy.

  • Can I charge and discharge AC2A in a sub-zero environment?

    You can use the AC2P to charge your devices in cold weather, but please avoid recharging it below freezing. The operating temperature for AC2P is:
