5. Fully cycle the product every 3 months to maintain the health of the battery.
Not recommended, as long-term placement may cause the internal structure to loosen. It is recommended to place it upright.
The main differences are as follows:
1) Battery capacity: AC300 supports up to 4 B300s, with a capacity of 3072Wh~12288Wh, while AC500 supports up to 6 B300S, with a capacity of 3072Wh~18432Wh.
2) Maximum output power: AC300's AC output power is 3000W, with a surge power of 6000W; while AC500's AC output power is 5000W, with a surge power of 10000W.
3) Maximum charging power: AC300's AC charging power is 3000W, while AC500's AC charging power is 5000W; AC300's PV charging power is 2400W, while AC500's PV charging power is 3000W.
4) Other functions of AC500 that AC300 does not have: lower self-power consumption. Self-heating function, Hercules mode.
The main differences are as follows:
1) Maximum input and output current: B300S is 90A, while B300 is 60A.
2) Self-heating function: B300S has it, B300 does not.
3) PV input power: B300S is 500W, B300 is 200W.
1. The output specifications, voltage and frequency of the generator need to be within the input range of our machine.
2. Does the maximum output power of the generator meet the maximum AC input power of our machine? If not, our machine can lower the maximum AC input current to reduce the maximum AC input power.
3. The output of the generator is a sine wave.
1.AC500Pro support dual MPPT, each MPPT of AC500 accepts 1-6* PV120 / 1-5* PV200 / 1-3* PV350 / 1-3* PV420 solar panels.
The best way to connect solar panels is to connect them in series, because the AC500 PV input has a wide voltage range of 12V~150V, and the maximum input current is only 15A. The series voltage increases, and the parallel current increases, so the series efficiency is higher. Be careful not to mix and connect different types of solar panels, otherwise it will affect the efficiency and damage the solar panels over time.
The solar input current can exceed 15A. Our machine will limit the current, but exceeding it is equivalent to waste. The current can exceed, but the voltage cannot exceed.
Solar input power can exceed 3000 watts, as long as the total PV VOC of each circuit does not exceed 150V.
Yes, as long as the specifications of the solar panel on DC1/DC2 are within the following range:
1) Total VOC: 12V~150V
2) Total power: Maximum 1500W
3) With MC4 connector
Yes, but please note that your solar roof must meet the following conditions:
1. Total VOC 12V~150V
2. With MC4 connector
3. Is there a micro inverter? The micro-inverter cannot directly charge the AC500. The AC500 can only be charged by the micro-inverter through the AC wall charger
Note: When the VOC exceeds 150V, the BLUETTl D300S can be used to step down the voltage to achieve solar charging.
It is not recommended. Due to the unstable wind volume, the output voltage and frequency of the wind turbine will be unstable and cannot be stable within the input range of our machine. Directly charging our machine may be intermittent or even unable to charge.
AC500 has two MPPTs. The solar panels on the two channels can be of different types, but the solar panels connected to each channel must be of the same type.
AC maximum charging power:
1. 3,000W Max. with 1*B300
2. 5,000W Max. with 2*B300 or more
2. 4,500W Max. with 1*B300S
2. 5,000W Max. with 2*B300S

2. 6,000W max. with 2*B300
3. 8,000W max. with 3*B300 or more (and the two AC500 parallel ports are connected to the battery pack separately)
4. 4,500W max. with 1*B300S
5. 8,000W max. with 2*B300S or more (and the two AC500 parallel ports need to be connected to the battery packs respectively)
Note: When AC+PV input is used, PV input will be given priority
The battery pack can be connected to PV or adapter to charge the entire system, but AC500 will not display the charging power of the battery pack connected alone.
No
Charging time (estimated) = (Capacity/Charging power) + Trickle charging time.
Trickle charging time for Bluetti power station is typically 0.5~1 hours
Support simultaneous charging and discharging.
Yes. AC500 features dual MPPT charge controllers, but please ensure the solar panels in each controller are consistent.
No, the maximum output voltage of T200S is 25.2V, which cannot meet the adapter input voltage requirement of B300S. You have to use T500 to charge B300S.
Yes. However, the max charging power would be limited to 100W / 200W. And please setup the "DC input source" to "Others".
1. If the lead-acid battery is equipped with an AC-DC adapter, the battery can be charged from the machine's AC output port.
2. If the battery is charged directly from the machine's DC output port, it is not supported.
4,500W Max. with 1*B300S.
5,000W Max. with 2*B300S or more.
3,000W Max. with 1*B300.
5,000W Max. with 2*B300 or more.
The AC500's maximum AC output power is 5000W. When the US standard output is 120V, the maximum output is only about 41.7A. When the Japanese standard output is 100V, it can only output 50A. The NEMA L14-50 socket supports a maximum of 50A, but it does not mean that the machine will definitely output 50A. However, ordinary 20A sockets and 30A sockets cannot output more than 30A, so the NEMA L14-50 output port is needed.
The AC500's maximum AC output power is 5000W. When outputting 230V, it can only output about 21.7A at most. The 32A socket supports a maximum of 32A, but it does not mean that the machine will output 32A. However, ordinary 16A sockets cannot output more than 16A, so 32A output ports are needed.
Power saving mode: when this function is turned on, if the AC or DC of the machine has no load or the load power is too small, the machine will automatically turn off the AC or DC after 4 hours to reduce the machine's self-consumption and save power.
AC500 can carry up to 6000W pure resistive load after turning on the Hercules mode, but two conditions must be met:
1. The load must be a pure resistive load;
2. It must be used off-grid.
The self-heating function in low temperature environment can realize the charging and discharging requirements in the use environment as low as -20℃, but the following conditions must be met:
1. The self-heating function can only be realized when AC500 and B300S are used together.
2. The self-heating function can only be activated when there is AC or PV input (input power>400W).
When SOC is 0%, you can turn on DC for discharge.
Note: This function is only used in emergency situations, because this function allows the battery to be over-discharged, which will damage the battery life.
No, the single AC500 can only output 120V, which is limited to low voltage areas.
Yes, as long as the total load power does not exceed the maximum output power of the machine.
Runtime = Capacity × DoD × η ÷ (load power+self-consumption power)
Note:
1. DoD refers to the Depth of Discharge, η is the local inverter efficiency. DoD=95%, η=90%.
2. The above data is for reference ONLY.
1. No, the 24V cigarette lighter port can only load 24V devices.
2. You can use the 12V RV port of AC500 to load 12V devices, or use the 12V cigarette lighter port of B300/B300S battery pack to load, but AC500 will not display the load power.
Use the Anderson port of the RV output cable to power the RV. RV cable purchase link.
